We offer FREE SHIPPING on the majority of our items, minus our china/dinnerware sets and furniture.
For dinnerware, we charge a $150 flat rate fee, as each set has multiple pieces to wrap and ship.
We do not offer shipping on furniture at this time, but can offer delivery within a 25 Mile radius of our store for an additional charge (depending on mileage)

We take great care in packaging all items to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and may require photos of the damage for insurance purposes.

Yes, we offer a hold option for some items. To request a hold, please contact our customer service team. Items can generally be held for 48 hours. Extended holds may require a deposit.
